*Every animal is different and I treat each one with respect and care. Animal welfare is my priority and will complete every job I do to the best of my ability.

*If your pet is stressed or uncomfortable, I will always tell you and try my hardest to make the best out of every situation.

*I will ask that if you do have any problems with my work, or the job I complete with your pet, please contact me as soon as possible, so I can try and rectify anything.

*I do require at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation or reschedule. If you fail to show up to an appointment without notice and would like to rebook, I will require a deposit.
